Hi Buddy,
A PDF file can be easily converted to document type using any PDF converter tool. However, in your case the PDF file contains Hindi text and you want to convert it to English. The process seems to be difficult as first of all you have convert the PDF to Word Document in Hindi Format. For this process you must have suitable hindi font installed in your system. Then you can try to convert Hindi Document to English Type. Try to visit some Indian Software company like C-DAC, Modular, Cyberspace Multimedia, Softek India etc who mainly design linguistic software. Surely, they can guide to in details to accomplish the task.

No need to install any software. Just go to www. Google.com
In the search bar, type “Hindi to English translator”. A lot of websites list will appear on your screen. Choose which one you like most
