First of all you have to see what is your interest and aptitude. This is a very crucial and important thing as one will be doing more efforts and hard work where his interest lies.

Anyway seeing the petroleum and mineral industry I think Geology is a good subject and if you do your M Sc in Geology from a good university you may get good options for research as well as job.

If you are interested in teaching or research or laboratory working to may opt for Physics which is the basis of many technical and scientific studies and research. Only thing is if you want admission in a good college you may have to appear for entrance exam.

    Knowledge is power.

A bright future depends on many factors and dedication and hard work are among them.
The selection of course solely depends on your interest. Physics, geology and Mathematics are good combination of subjects and you can go for any of them.
If you find mathematics interesting, you can go for M.Sc. in Mathematics, then PhD. This will lead you to the academic world of teaching and experiments. Here, you can have a government job and a good salary depending upon your skills and scores.
In case of Geology, good opportunities are in mining and petroleum industries. Here also, if you want, you can have jobs in academic institutes after pursuing PhD.
Physics is good for candidates having scientific attitude. There are lots of government projects in research institutes for PhD holders in Physics. You can find good jobs in abroad also.
Above all, any subject you take, you are eligible to appear for civil service examinations and of you perform well and you will be having very bright future for sure.
As you are studying Mathematics during graduation, you are also eligible for banking jobs.
So, options are available in all streams, you just need to go with your choice and work hard.

Since you are studying B.Sc with Physics, Mathematics and Geology and are interested to have a post graduation degree in any one of the three for your better career prospects. In this connection, I would suggest you to choose the subject for which you have sincere interest and passion. This will help you in understanding the complexities of the subjects.
Now, take the case of Mathematics, it is itself a very vast subjects dealing with different papers such as Differential - calculus, Differential - Equation, Integral - calculus, Vector, Hydrostatics, Electricity and Magnetism, Linear - algebra, Coordinate - geometry, Solid Co- ordinate Geometry etc. So without your interest, the subject matters would appear to be boring for you. In case, you show your exceptional performance in this field, you are sure to achieve a respectable post in the different fields like teaching, Research, Central - government jobs as a scientist.
If interested for Physics, it is really a interesting subject and will stimulate you by going through the different topics such as Nuclear - physics, Thermodynamics, Electronics, Quantum - mechanics etc and in almost all the branches of Physics, you need to have clear understanding of Mathematics since mathematical - calculations are involved at each stage. A good score in the Post - graduation level will open your avenues in Reseach, teaching in colleges, scientist in ISRO etc.
Geologists are in good demand in Mining and Petrolium - field apart from teaching profession.
In all the subjects as mentioned above, aquistion of a Doctorate - degree will multiply your career - prospects in your chosen field.

The subjects you have chosen in your graduation are very good. All the three subjects have lots of career prospectus.
First of all, you should decide on your interest. Intrest in which subject and which path of career. These two interests are clearly your choice will become easy.
If you are interested in teaching faculty posts Mathematica and physics subjects will have more prospectus. There are many colleges and almost all colleges will have these two subjects definitely. So getting selected for a teaching job will be easy for a mathematics postgraduate and a physics postgraduate. You can select any of this. After post graduation, you can join in a college and while working in the college as lectures you can do your Ph.D., which is an absolute necessity for prospectus in this academic line.
If you want to go for a scientific job which is research-oriented jobs, you should opt for Physics. Physics postgraduates will have many chances to get a posting as a scientist in government research; laboratories. Once you join in these laboratories you can do your PhD also and there are many chances for promotions in the career.
If you want to pursue your career in government undertakings like GAIL, ONGC, CCL, SCCL, GSI, CMRI, NGRI so and so forth, you can go for Geology post-graduation. Very good chances of getting a posting in these institutions you will have if you come out with first class in your graduation and postgraduation.
Another way is after completing your post graduation you can write the CSIR Common entrance test in which if you are qualified you will get a fellowship for your PhD and you will also be eligible to get a lecturer post as per UGC scales. So that will give you great chance to become a professor in academic institutions.
But please remember that the career growth in all these cases completely depend on your hard work and updating of your knowledge in the field and you have to be ready to face a tough competition.

From your question it is not clear that which subject is of your interest or which subject you love to read most. For PG course you must concentrate on the subject that you love to read.
You can go for physics. PG course in applied physics or nuclear physics have a good future. Geology is also a good subject for PG course.
