Glad that you have completed your degrees and looking for a job as a Librarian. The best thing is to get into a job first and then do these courses as Distance Education course or a part time course.

2.You can also register in linked and update your profile. Please scout around the job sites and join even as a assistant or an Intern (in public libraries, government or private college/univeristy libraries) as many librarian jobs prefer work experience.

B.Library automation is being practiced by many libraries as it reduces the work load on the existing staff and enchances the ease and the range of services that can be offered. It also helps in auditing and in having a better catalogue.
1.Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) offers a Distance Education program called as Post Graduate Diploma in Library Automation and Networking (PGDLAN) . It has no age restrictions and the course can be completed either in 1 year minimum or 4 years maximum. The eligibility criteria is having a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science (BLIS). You would be eligible and this would be recognised. It has a National Assessment and Acredition (NAAC) grade rating of A +
You can enroll or visit any of the regional centres in your town or city (http://www.ignou.ac.in/ignou/aboutignou/regional/website). The fees was around Rs 13,200.00 a couple of years back.
2.VP Tahane foundation offers this PGDLAN also with a course fees of Rs:18,000.00 (http://www.vpmthane.org/prospect%202006/Prospectus_of_PGDLAN_2011.htm). Please DO CHECK whether this is UGC recognized before joining the course.
3. The Government of India offers free online education via SWAYAM. You can check the website and contact them. The last course on Library Automation ended on 15th Oct 2017 (https://swayam.gov.in/course/177-library-automation-and-digitisation).
C. Since you want to do MLIS also, I would suggest that, once you are in a job and nearing completion of your PGDLAN, you can enroll into MLIS course that is offered by IGNOU.
This would be fulfill your career education aims and have a job also. With a PGDLAN or MLIS you can look for promotions in the place where you work or change over to a higher desgination. All the best.
