    About govt. job after graduation from Jaipur Manipal university

    I have completed B.Sc Chemistry in Jaipur Manipal university in 2016.
    Is this degree valid for govt.job?
    Can I apply for govt. job?
    Since many people say that this degree is not valid and I am totally confused.
    Right now I am preparing GPSC study for PSI and PI.

    Manipal University, Jaipur started functioning from 2011 under the Manipal Education Group which has many subsidery Educational institutions across India and an inspiring leader in the fields of education, research and healthcare for the last sixty years. It has the recognition of the UGC and stat Department of Higher education. Don't go by the hearsay words.

    Your are eligible for various Graduate level examinations conducted by UPSC, SSC RRB, BSRB and executive bTrainee exxams conductd by SAIL, NTPC etc., You have to apply for the written examinations as notified by the respective Boards/Commissions and appear for Written examination followed by Interview. The syllabus and mode of examination pattern would be announced at the time of notification itself. You have to ascertain yourself which field you are interested since there are plenty of opportunities in Govt. sector aand at the same time more competition is also prevailing.

    Manipal University has been the pioneer in imparting quality education in different fields and in terms of quality in education has been superb so far and all the degrees awarded by the University is recognised by UGC. Hence you need not worry unnecessarily on this aspect.
    Since your graduation degree is a valid one, you can appear in the different competitive examinations for which your degree is eligible such as UPSC, SSC, Raliway Recritment Board, State Level Civil Services, PO examinations of different Banks - both private and public sectors including executive - trainees of different public sectors such as SAIL, ONGC, BCCL etc. What is needed from your end is the thorough preparation of the examination in accordance with the syllabus provided for the different examinations.
    You must devote your total time to your studies without giving any ear to gossip. Choose the areas of your interest and advertisements can be searched in different leading papers. Even you can get registered in job - portals in Naukari.com for suitable vacancies.

    Manipal Group of Institutions are a well respected brand all over India with few centers abroad.     It is recognized by UGC. Manipal University, Jaipur has been ranked 10th in the Top 10 Universities for Academic Excellence, by Higher Education Review magazine in 2016. So, please do not get worried. You can focus on your preparations. With your B.Sc chemistry you can consider the other government companies relevant to your stream of study, ISRO, Bhabha Atomic research centre, Bharath petroleum, Indian Oil Corporation, ONGC, Faculty at Government colleges, even Indian railways for asst station master or depot material manager can be considered.

    I have checked the issue, Manipal University in Jaipur is a university recognised by University Grants Commission (UGC). So, the B.Sc (Chemistry) degree of this university is an approved degree. You can appear in any Govt. (both Central and State Government) competitive examination on the basis of the degree of this University.

    Please don't bother about what people say regarding this degree. It is a recognised degree. There is no doubt about it. Please start preparation for recruitment examinations systematically and sincerely.

    Manipal University, Jaipur is a recognised University of University Grants Commission, India. The University is having a very good campus with most talented faculty and very latest infrastructure. All the courses conducted by this University are having recognition. The Students of this University are eligible for all government posts. Many private sector companies will come here for conducting campus interviews and select for their firms. so don't worry. Don't worry about the talks of people who talk about the issues without knowing. You concentrate on your studies and complete your graduation with good score.

    There are some fake universities in our country and they are doing their business without recognition from UGC. This is creating a lot of confusion and fear in the minds of people. To alert people about this time to time UGC publishes the list of such fake ones in its website also.

    Anyway Manipal University, Jaipur is a UGC recognised one hence you should not have problem on that account. Your graduation degree makes you eligible for applying for job in private or Govt sector where ever suitable vacancies are generated.

    You can appear in various entrance tests conducted by leading PSUs and also various exams in Govt sector. If You have something particular in your mind as your aptitude or interest then you can select a job appropriate to that. In that way you will be able to enjoy your job more once you are selected for it.

    ->You can apply for Civil Services Examination conducted by Union public service commission
    ->You can apply for CGL,CHSL and Multi Tasking Staff examinations conducted by Staff Selection Commission
    ->You can apply for government sector recruitment exams conducted by your state government
    ->You can apply for postal assistant and sorting assistant posts in postal department
    ->you can apply for constable and Sub Inspector and ASI posts in police department.
