After checking the sites, in Delhi University there are 5% reserved for foreign students. Clear details are not available in the DU website.

There is one report from May 2015 that Delhi university does not have seperate NRI quota (http://indiatoday.intoday.in/story/du-admissions-best-4-policy-eca-quota-undergraduate-course-delhi-university/1/439508.html).

There is one University admission guideline that states NRI students are NOT classified as foriegn students (http://fsr.du.ac.in/14042017Guidelinesforadmission.pdf)

You can contact the overseas student section that can help you clarify your doubts (http://fsr.du.ac.in/)

OR you can contact the colleges individually
This has the list of top colleges in Delhi North Campus (http://www.htcampus.com/article/top-10-du-undergraduate-colleges-north-campus/)

This site has the list of all the colleges under DU for B.Com(http://www.htcampus.com/article/complete-guide-delhi-university-bcom-admission/)

    I have read the question.

As far as I know, there is no separate quota for NRIs in Government colleges and universities. Don't get confused with foreigners' quota (available in central universities). I reiterate that there is no such NRI quota in Government-funded educational institutions.

However, there is a system of admitting students in private medical colleges or private engineering colleges or in other professional courses run by private bodies, under so-called NRI quota after payment of hefty amount. This amount varies from institution to institution. You have contact individual institution to know the details of admission.

    Caution: Explosive. Handle with care.
