Since you have six years experience as Accountant, Why don't you go for studying CA?. You are having a good amount of experience in it. If you want to restart your career as a software programmer, you must do courses in programming like C++, JAVA which helps to get you placed in any companies. Since you are at Age 33, you will have to work hard to achieve in your career, because you are going to have tough competition from the younger graduates.

Since you have the experience you can get the job as an accountant.
Getting into Software field is very difficult unless you do MCA full-time.
Diploma/PG Diploma courses will not help you in getting the job as a software programmer. So the best option is to join MCA.
Apart from this, you can do CA/ICWA or MBA in finance. This will help you to get the job in bank or companies

Software programming and animation is one area which requires a lot of time and efforts to learn as well as to professionally practice it.

In your case, a lot of time has gone in other activities for which unfortunately you had no aptitude or passion. Though it is late but still you can make your dream career if you are determined and focus for your goal.

You can think of joining a part-time certification or diploma course in your line of interest and with suitable homework and rigorous timetable you can acquire the requisite skills and thereafter try for a job either in regular mode or work from home.

Please remember that until unless you work for quite some time in this line you will not be able to execute the projects or work contracts in time. So you can also consider joining a workgroup of computer personnel and contribute your bit in it.

    Knowledge is power.

You want to either be a software programmer or an animator, right? It would take you 4-6 years to complete graduation in software.
And seeing your age I would suggest against it.
Young programmers are what companies look for.
So what you can do is buy a package of what the animation studios sell. There are private institutes and also studios offering different facets of animation. Usually its a two year course. You are given with projects to complete alongside daily classes.
The courses are immensely interesting .
I suggest you do animation course in some reputed institute then. The scope in India is low but you can freelance for educational sites and institutions giving you an opportunity to do business.
