I am 24 year old and my problem is: while doing sex my penis upper part is getting bigger along with inflammation. Because of that I cant do sex properly. After 20 to 25 minutes the size of glans is getting small. While doing sex because of this problem I have pain in skin of penis. Can you suggest a solution?

Assuming that you are a normal healthy individual without any health problems, on a preliminary guess, I feel that there is no serious problem. It is normal for the organ to inflate during sexual excitement, and it is designed to perform certain acts for which the part has to get inflated by blood flow and has to be strong enough to penetrate. It is also natural that once the performance is over, or the excitement has subsided, the organ comes back to its normal size.
If you are newly married then this problem may occur for a few days and will subside once both partners become more close and familiar and there is no hurry and tension.
However you may use the permitted lubricants by consulting a physician. Or else if you are very sure of the purity and hygiene , you may use drops of pure raw coconut oil also for proper lubrication.
As the part is very delicate it is better to visit your physician and tell your problem, so that you do not aggravate the problem by exerting or doing self medication.

This is not a big problem I think you have newly married so you are facing this problem. Generally, the upper part of the penis is slightly bigger than the other part of the penis. So, it is not an issue for you. If you feel pain in the skin penis then apply coconut oil on the skin of penis before intercourse, it will provide you relief. After some days you will not need to apply oil on the skin. You can also you vaseline on the skin for relief.
    Honesty is the best policy.

If you are just entering into a relationship, otherwise healthy, then there is no cause for concern. You need to see a surgeon or a urologist you can assess you and then reassure you.

For penetrative sex, the enlargement of the organ, the turgidity and lubrication are important apart from other things. If the intercourse is hurried or forceful without much lubrication (natural), then the act would be painful for you. The duration of erection gradually comes down as age advances.

Does the penis look a little bent downwards when it is erect? If yes, then the professionals will advise you.

Does the skin over the glans go back fully in the erect state? If no, then you could have a tight foreskin that gradually gets better (over few weeks) with gentle maneuvers of bringing the foreskin back and forth during a shower or with simple lubrication with jelly. If this does not help, the surgeon/urologist would advise a circumcision (removal of the skin over the glans)

If you are using vaseline or other scented products, please ensure that you are not allergic to any components. You mention about inflammation of skin, if correct, it can happen when young men are diabetics or have multiple sexual partners. Lastly, after you see the doctors, follow their advice, which would include practising safe sex.

Erection of the penis is a natural phenomena prior to indulgence of the sex with the opposite partner. The operation involves with the painless penetration of the penis into the genital of your partner. For such an act, both of you should be prepared mentally and any fearness or complexities arising out of psychological trauma is to be given up for the best performance.
Ensure that proper lubrication is maintained during such an act if the same is absent. Applying a little Olive - oil or Coconut- oil over the surface of the penis and so would be case with the genital of your partner is important. You may also get a Lubrication - tube on the prescription of your physician and its application prior to intercourse would resolve your problem.
Any pain felt during the intercourse suggests that the skin of the penis does not open fully during the act and this may be chief cause of the pain.
The best way would be to consult a sexologist/ urologist for the redressal of the problem. Your specialist may refer to you couple to some other physiatrist if the situation warrants.

    1. Study male reproductive system and understand why Penis swells during intercourse.
    2. If you have skin problem during sex/intercourse then prefer protections like condoms unless you wanted child.
    3. If you have skin irritation then immediately seek visit to skin specialist or specialist doctor.
