I don't know the institutes personally.
Tourism management is a vast industry that has various sub-sectors like air travel, tour organization, tour consultancy. Most people plan for a basic undergraduate degree and then move on to a Tourism and Hospitality management course. There is a wide range of courses ranging from 3-month certificate programs of tour operators to a Diploma. Interested graduates then do an MBA in tourism and hospitality at a reputed university with an international placement overseas. An internship in a global brand then starts to open the doors for a good career.
TMI Academy of travel, tourism and aviation studies is one(http://www.tmiacademy.com/index.php). It offers exposure, internship and placement assistance.
