To get a job abroad there is no specific course. Many people without any qualification also are going abroad for doing small jobs. First of all concentrate more on your 12th class subjects and try to get maximum marks possible. Then think of the subject in which you are more interested. Then take steps to proceed in that direction.
Many people with B.Tech, Computer Science Engineering or MCA are going abroad with very good jobs. So if you have an interest in that subject you can pursue.
Any course if you can get a seat in IITs or IISc or NITs, your chances of getting a job abroad are very high. Many students from IITs are going and settling abroad with very good jobs. So if you are able to concentrate and get good score and rank in the IIT entrance test and get a seat in any branch of Engineering in those institutes, the chances of getting a job abroad are very high.
So, please concentrate on the 12th exam and entrance test for IITs. Then you will stand a better chance to get a job abroad.

You are in 12th with CEC (civics, economics, commerce) and you want to do a job abroad.

    A. Option:A
If you have funding and the chance to study abroad, consider this, it will improve your professional profile and CV. It also opens door to the global job platform better and sooner.

    B.Option:B
Do your UG and or PG in India with an excellent academic track record, focus on leadership skill development, communication, live projects, analytical, financial and language related proficiency that will enable you to be competent and help your CV to stand out when you apply for jobs in the commerce or banking sector in USA, Europe, Middle East or South East Asia.

    C. What I suggest is you to find ways to improve your 12th score much above the 70% of the 11th year. Prepare for the competitive exams and then roughly plan and narrow down the options For UG and PG. Because CEC gives you a potential chance in a wide range of job sectors, You need to be competent and have the educational qualifications in one of the below sectors

Financial - Marketing, Accounting, Investment, Trade etc
Management - Business analytics, HR, Hospitality
Commerce - e-commerce, economics, Supply chain, logistics
Administration - business admin, corporate sector department heads
    Computers- Applications
Civics -political science or even a Law degree
Taxation - Chattered accountant, Company Secretary

D.For UG you have the choice of - BBM,BBA,B.Com, B.A political science or the LLB course
For PG you have MBA, M.com,CA/ICWA etc.

E.Will there be job scope in management courses?

Yes, the scope will be good but you need to have a BBM and an MBA from a reputed university in India or overseas. If you can aim, prepare and get into the IIM (Ahmedabad, Bangalore,Calcutta etc) then you have had the ideal start. If not, many students do a basic bachelor's degree in India from a good university and then get an MBA overseas. Choose a college that has an excellent ranking, academic track record and placement percentages.

Going for a job abroad is what most of the students aspiring for these days. You should first decide what kind of job you would like to take up. Based on it chose your undergraduate stream. You should also identify which country you are planning to work on by having a discussion with people you may know who are already abroad or having a good abroad experience.

As far as I know, there are plenty of opportunities in countries like Australia and Canada for trade jobs(Plumbing, Sheet metal trade, Welding, etc). But having very good English skills are very important to go to these countries along with relevant trade qualification.

Work on developing your communication skills (Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing) as these days clearing Exams like TOEFL, IELTS or PTE has become eligibility criteria to enter those countries.
