Next i tried Nomarks Neem .It was also good.It will reduce pimples when used regularly.
My friend use Lakme strawberry face wash.It was also good.
Whatever it may be you must try it out to find whether it suites you. I can guarantee only herbal products.

The skin gets dry due to so many factors. The dry skin is due to cause of moisture of the skin getting dehydrated. One have to keep the skin quite common during winter.
Instead of going for some face wash/ cleansers, use something that can be made at home. Many people make the mistake of rubbing their face with a cloth after washing it. For dry skin one should not use soaps that are hard, but can use those soaps, preferably the liquid ones which have less chemical content and more of moisturizing agent.
Also, it is not advisable to wash the dry skin with very hot water. After every wash with normal water, pat dry and apply either moisturising cream or baby oil or olive oil to the face. Regular facial massages either at home or in a parlour also will help in maintaining the skin.
If you are forced to be in airconditioned room for a long time, try to take breaks atleast every two hours and walk in normal air for a min or two. Be in a room where the humid is normal.
Here is a small suggestion for you:
Every morning or night (if you dont find time in the mornings, you can do it in the night), warm a little of baby oil and apply it to your face in circular motion. In the mean time, dip a face cloth preferrably the soft turkey towels in warm water and squeeze it. Apply the warm towel on to the face and let the oil get into the skin. It will take atleast 5 to 10 mins.

I'll tell you tip which you can try daily. If you use scrubs more than twice a week its not good for your skin. Try for this once. Take 2 spoons curd and add 1 spoon of semolina and mix them well. Apply it gently on your skin. It makes your skin moisturised also its natural. It has the same effect like that of using a scrub
