hi
there are number of causes for feeling drowsiness often.Drowsiness is a state of near sleepness. So I can tell some of the reasons here.Specially human body can become sleepy inresponse to infection.
You may have either your blood sugar low.this condition is medically termed HYPOGLYCEMIA. The normal blood sugar level for an adult human is 80-120mg/dl. If this may low than normal range you may feel drowsy. So those who are having hypoglycemia should carry always some chocolate or anything which provide instant sugar. Your Blood Pressure may be low.For a normal healthy human the B.P. is 80 over 120. So once your BP is less you may feel drowsy.
In addition to this your sleep disturbance make you drowsy often.A mormal adult human should sleep atleast 6 Hours continuously per day. Irregular sleep patterns can cause this seriously.

hii, i think drowsiness arises only when we are idly sitting at home watching t.v and also if we don't have anyone to chit chat or pass our time. I think the best of getting out from drowsiness is to do any kind of work whether it's small or any kind of tasks or freaking out with our friends. we can also get out from this by simply reading any kind of books, by reading the short story books. A best example is reading English text books of our small brother or sister
