First of all, you must have an idea, what your blog consists of, regularly keep updating your blog.
As a second step, submit your blog url to different search engine, so that they can list your blog in their searches. Advertise as possible your blog with your friends and online.

Advertising is the better way to increase your website traffic. But there are also some sites which can increase your website's traffic. These sites are really not doing anything for a free, they charges their fees.
You can search free traffic provide at google search.

My answers workout only if you have fresh content.
Advertise via adwords with targeted keywords & region.Try to convert your visitors to subscribers. they you will have increasing traffic. This is not a fast method. Its slow but Steady

Your trying to get traffic to your blog but your are not concetrate on your blog contents.
In any blog the content should be the first.
More contents more traffic you get.
Update your blog daily or weekly.

To get the traffic all you have to do is promote your website or blog by advertising the website or your blog. You can do the following work for your website or your blog.
Try to get good articles with some of the many unique keywords. So, that while searching on the google web. That website comes up.
Try to promote your blog in other websites. So,that other users get the information about your blog or website.
Tell to friends, family members also to promote that blog or website.
