take some moong dal &soak it for4-6 hours in water.after that take some of the dal& grind some of it coarsely in a mixi.now add ground dal&the unground ones.heat some oil in the kadai,add jeera&dal&cook for awhile .add some tamarindjuice,besan flour,spices to this & cook for a while & the stuffing is ready.

Kachori receipe : 01. 1/2 cup moong dal (soaked) 02. 1/4 spoon fennel seeds powder 03. 1/4 spoon cumin seed powder 04. 1/4 spoon garam masala 05. salt to taste 06. 1 cup flour 07. Red chilli powder.
* Mix flour & salt and make smooth daugh * Grind the soaked moong dal * Heat oil & fry grinded dal lightly in it. * Mix all seeds powder, Garam masala & red chilli powder. * Cook it till it turns dry * Stuffing mixture of Kachori is ready.

Cheese Peas Kachori Recipe Ingredients: For kachori Maida – 1 1/2 cup Salt – 1/2 tsp Ghee – 2 tsp Baking Soda – a pinch For Stuffing Cooked green peas – 1 cup Mashed potato – 1 cup Finely Chopped green chilli, ginger and corainder – as required Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp grated Cheese – 3/4 cup Salt – to taste Oil – for frying Method: 1. Take a bowl, add maida, salt, ghee, soda and mix well. 2. Add little water and prepare the dough.(chapati dough consistency) 3. Allow it for 15 mins. 4. Take another bowl, add cooked peas, mashed potatoes, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, garam masala powder and salt and mix well. 5. Make small balls of the above mixture. 6. Stuff the grated cheese 1 tsp each in each ball.(just like kozhukattai) 7. Flatten the cheese stuffed balls and keep them ready.(like vada) 8. Make small balls of the maida dough and flatten.(small poories) 9. Take the flattened cheese balls and keep them inside the small poori prepared and take another poori to close it over the top. 10. Seal the corners of both the poories with little water so that the stuffing don’t come out. 11. Heat oil in a tawa and deep fry them and the Kachories are ready.
For Kachori:
Maida – 1 1/2 cup
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Ghee – 2 tsp
Baking Soda – a pinch
For Stuffing:
Cooked green peas – 1 cup
Mashed potato – 1 cup

Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp
grated Cheese – 3/4 cup
Salt – to taste
Oil – for frying
Method:

You take 1 onion (chopped) , 1/2 tsp jira, 2 green chilli (chopped) , 4-5 beans (chopped) ,1 carrot (chopped) ,1/2 tsp ginger (grated) , 2 tbsp. paneer (chopped), 1/2 tsp salt Now in a pan put some oil then add jira after 2-3 sec add chopped green chilli, onion and grated ginger after 1 min add chopped beans, carrot, paneer and salt to taste Stir it for 4-5 and off the gas Take 2 cups maida and salt slightly if required. Knead maida adding some water, oil , and pinch of salt. Make small balls . Fill this mixture into the ball of kneaded maida. Spread it on a flat surface to make a shape of 2 inches round kachori. Heat the frying pan with oil and fry the kachori both side till golden brown.
