If the tests related to liver, particularly the enzymes are ok ; You need not to be worried. Stopping smoking will be very nice. These has multifarious ill effects in our body. "Something wrong in stomach" is a vague term and nothing can be understood by this. It will be better if you can elaborate the complain.

Dear Pravesh,
The liver has the responsibility to process the various foods and other we take in. Liver has to remove the various items like, drugs, alcohol and the other toxins from our body by filtration through kidneys.
If the liver gets spoiled by jaundice twice and then again you give it more and more tobacco inside, can't you guess what will happen.
You will get that something is wrong feeling in your stomach because there is really something is wrong with your liver. You have to stop smoking and drinking too, if you do not want to lose your Liver completely.
If you look after your health properly, your liver can regenerate even after a part of it has been removed.

Dear Parvesh The most common stomach problem faced in general people are either irritable bowel syndrome or non ulcer dyspepsia, where you may find uneasiness, bloating, indigestion etc. It is difficult to explain these symptoms. I think you should go through Diagnosis non ulcer dyspepsia and if you see that the symptoms matches then from treatment refer to Treatment non ulcer dyspepsia
Though most probably it is non ulcer dyspepsia only but it may be irritable bowel syndrome too. For that please see Irritable bowel syndrome

I advice you to stop drinking and smoking forever. You must take proper liver tonics like LIV-52. Avoid taking heavy meals. Actually, the digestion in stomach is under control of liver. Check your past diagnosis history. Be a regular visitor to a hospital. I hope with the passage of time, you will feel better. My best wishes to you.

Empty stomach might lead to gastric. If you drink once in a while, that doesn't create any problem. The only think is smoking, that you need to reduce and finally stop completely. Due to smoking the heamoglobin contents are less in the body. It can only be cured by drinking lot of water. And if possible try out an ayurvedic product "Trifala", that will increase the haemoglobin contents in the blood and for proper digestion. Its helpful even incase of less sleep.

1. First stop drinking & smoking. Both can damage liver. 2. Jaundice 2 times in a year is serious matter. Find out whether water which you drink is free of germs. Use filtered water like aquaguard. This will reduce the risk of getting jaundice due to hepatitis A virus. 3. Get yourself tested for hepatitis B virus ( Australia antigen). Hepatitis B virus causes a lot of liver problems. Get following tests done - liver function tests.
Read more - Hepatitis-B 4. Let me know in detail about stomach problem. Whether you have acidity, burning pain, etc. If yes, get checked from gastroenterologist for peptic ulcer. 5. Gastropathy is a general term used for stomach problem. Examples including the name include - a) Portal hypertensive gastropathy b) Ménétrier's problem, also known as "hyperplastic hypersecretory gastropathy" However, there are many other stomach problems that don't include the word "gastropathy".
Many stomach problems are associated with infection. Historically, it was widely believed that the highly acidic environment of the stomach would keep the stomach immune from infection. However, a large number of studies have indicated that most cases of stomach ulcers, gastritis, and stomach cancer are caused by Helicobacter pylori infection. One of the ways it is able to survive in the stomach involves its urease enzymes which metabolize urea (which is normally secreted into the stomach) to ammonia and carbon dioxide which neutralizes gastric acid and thus prevents its digestion. In recent years, it has been discovered that other Helicobacter bacteria are also capable of colonizing the stomach and have been associated with gastritis.
Having too little or no gastric acid is known as hypochlorhydria or achlorhydria respectively and are conditions which can have negative health impacts. Having high levels of gastric acid is called hyperchlorhydria. Many people believe that hyperchlorhydria can cause stomach ulcers. However, recent research indicates that the gastric mucosa which secretes gastric acid is acid-resistant.

Dear Pravesh,
I think the best possible solution is to drink lots and lots of water everyday. So if any kind of infection is there water can solve that issue.
Just try for one weak and you will really get positive result.
If possible try pranayam but with proper guidance it is also very effective for good health.
