    Hello! Sushant

You have to submit a joint application to marriage registrar along required documents like proof of birth etc.

After scrutiny of your application, marriage registrar will send the notice to both the families for their information and to submit their objection for hearing if any before approval of the same. These processes normally take minimum 2 months.

The process will also expedite with physical confirmation from both the family no objection.

And if you have got already married and want to register only then you need to produce proof of marriage like marriage invitation card, witness, priest etc.

    All the best

If both the party are competent to marriage then there is no problem at all.
At least one month before the date of marriage one of the party should apply to the nearest Marriage register office along with the supporting document in support of Age and address.
Then at the date both the party will have to go to the office and signed the joint marriage contract paper with two numbers of witness at the office.
Within 7 to 15 days you will get the certificate.
If you want for arrange marriage and also want to register it then at the time of applying you can invite the registarer at your marriage hall to register the marriage ,then the marriage office will sent their authorized representative at the marriage hall and take signeture of both the party as well as witness and sent by post the marriage certificate with in 7 to 15 days.
