For burnt pot and pan
Soak burnt pans in a solution of ammonia and water, for an hour. Clean with used lemon & then with soap & water.
If it is an aluminium vessel,
Boil an onion in the pan, the burned stuff will detach itself and float to the top.
For the next time,
Cut an onion into half. ...
