You can click the same resource either going through the resource section or going through you resource page and edit the document. Then you can add the title.

i cant able to open that resource which i submitted, there is no link to open my resource... Wat can i do sajith???

Hi RamKumar,
You click on "members" find your name....there you will find all details whatever you have submitted , then open the resourse and edit it

Unfortunately, this is a bug in ISC. If there is no title, you cannot edit it anymore.
I have added this to our list of bugs to be fixed. For time being, let that resource be there without a 'Head'.
