There is no relation between points and cash . .
Points are only to calculate your membership level in ISC .
Membership levels are calculated based on the total points each member earns by posting resources and various other content in this site.
Bronze: upto 50 Points
Silver: 50 to 250 Points - Eligible for AdSense revenue sharing program
Gold: 250 to 2000 Points - Eligible for AdSense revenue sharing program
Diamond: 2000 to 10000 Points - Eligible for annual bonus from IndiaStudyChannel.com
Platinum: Above 10000 Points - Eligible for annual bonus, profit share and partnership in IndiaStudyChannel.com

it means that i don't earn any rupees for posting resourses.
do i get rupees just by posting question papers and questions.
and what about the 'post blog link' programme? i get points in that programme ,then there is written somewhere that these points are equal to cash, then what does it mean? and if it means i have earned cash , then why is it not showing in the category of cash credit.

Points are equal to cash only in the "Payment for blog" program.
