Hi Aftab,
First of all know something about google adsense policies, Google will pay ypu for providing your content pages in net for serving google ads, if you click any of you ads, your account will be banned immediately.
Google will pay you only for the genuine visitors of your contents and genuine clicks, if your adsense account once banned you cant get it back. Post valuable contents, and add traffic to your pages therby increase your revenue.

Mark,
Traffic means i mentioned peoples, if peoples in huge mass visit your pages you can get better page impressions with good revenue, because more page impressions you get, no. of clicks will be more, thereby you can increase your revenue.
You cant do anything artificial to get traffic, post quality resources, thats the only way to get more traffic and to earn good revenue.

Hi aftab, dont click on the ads in your page,that is against the google adsense policies.If google find you are self clicking the ads to earn more,they will disapprove or cancel your acount,and you cant renew it back even if it had some $$.Be careful in that.
Post valuable resources so that your resource will be viewd by many people.
Now you can ask one question.Who will see my resources ?? yes if somebody is searching college admission or results and if you already posted a resource in that area then google will take your page in its search.And if that person click that , you will get page impression and if he/she clicked the ads in your page,you will get revenue.
So what to do?? submit more valuable resources by actively participating in ISC and earn more.All the BEST

Yes, they are right. If you click adds in your page your ad sense account will be disapproved. Remember this. You dont need to do any thing. You just post valuable resources in resource and forum section. You will get ad sense money when your page is visited by others through their clicks.
And you are only eligble for ad sense after you reached your silver level. After reaching silver level, your ad sense balance will automatically increase. Good luck.
