Make sure that you mentioned your correct "primary URl".
Also note that your website has acceptable content,
If you dont own a website,make sure that you have provided a correct e-mail address.
Inspite of all this you have to wait atleast a week to get approved..
Better create your own blog at www.blogspot.com,and make that as primary home page to get approved quickly

Hi jagan,
Generally you can get approval from ISc only after you get approval from google, google'c approval may be delayed for several reasons, please wait patiently and dont stop postinb resources, because once you got approval, google ads will be served on all your pages you contributed in ISC including your profile page.
Better contact adsense and ISC team to solve your problem
