I do not know what mode of payment would be. But for the sheer sake of billing or logistics, it is a would be an additional burden for ISC to give you 5000 [2000+2000+1000] in three cheques than issue one cheque of 50000. Lets us consider this factor also. We as contributing members would not want to increase expenses of ISC and reduce our own profits.

Payments are calculated every 3 months and anyone can earn RS.5000 in that period.
You are saying this because you are a new member and payments calculation time is 31 march so you want to be get paid, but believe me if you continue to work like now , then till the next calculation time(which is after 3 months) , till that time you must have collected atleast Rs.15000 to Rs.50000, depends totally on you hard work.

The 3 month payment calculation system is gone. The payment for question paper submission, yahoo answer submission, blog submission etc are dynamically calculated.
The primary reason behind the Rs 5000 limit is, we need time to evaluate & verify the contribution of individual members. We have 1000s of members earning small amount of money by posting copied content and low quality content. We need time to verify all these. Many members will come, post lot of low quality stuff and the dis appear. When a member's earnings reach around Rs 3000, we start closely monitoring his posts, give warnings for poor or copied content, encourage to post good content etc.
Also, it is additional work for us to process several small cheques and follow up with the member to make sure it has reached them.
In many cases, if we identify that the member is active and posting good content, we have issued cheques earlier than Rs 5000.
