Let start from there one thing at a time, help me with the design by suggesting features you think can be on a project that is based on Human Resource Management the front end of the software is not a problem I can 100% handle that, with little or no assistance.
It is going to be a database application using SQL server express edition 2005.
I don't want to complicate things here I want even a beginner as you prove to be to be carried along in this project do give your suggestion first and I will tell you if we are on line.
