How many times you clicked yourself so far?
Google is very strict on fraud clicks. That is why we keep mentioning that stay away from clicking on your Ads.

mr. tony as long i haven't click on my own ads i wont get banned right?? because i do not click on my own ads! but i have some really good ads on my site that i really love to check out! i am a fanatic for mathematics and chess! can you be banned if one of your friend accidentally clicked your ad?? i am only 19 so i was showing off my blog to all my friends! i don't encourage anyone to click on my ads. i heard a lot of people getting banned!how will you know you got banned?? can you contact them so that you can get back your account??

I have been guiding against things like this so far since my account is activated but I have question for Mr. Tony I have never done to click on any ads on any of my site. To get traffic and clicks what is you candid advise we do. I want to be telling my friends to be going to my blog and check it out can I ask them to be clicking on ads on my page since we are not in the same town or even the same part of the country. How can we also increase click on this site what do you suggest we do, not to get into the trouble of Google.

I think you need to be clam nowadays to make thing get set for you. I saw resourcefulness and determination in you and this I said has really given a lift. Take things easy you will get to the top soon. And I wish we meet at the top to celebrate our success.

Dear Shikha,
It is indeed sad that you have been disapproved by Google. Please understand that nobody gives anything for free. Google will not want to give money if they even suspect fraudulent clicks. If they have traced the click to your own laptop, you will not get it approved again.
Hope it is because of an error and you get it approved

Dear Shik,
Once your account has been banned means you can't get the same again, and note that don't apply again with the same mail id or user options which is used for the banned one,
But Fortunately still you have the chance to open a new adsense account,
