We monitor the content posted here and delete duplicate or offensive content. In this case, a person has posted a question which is same as your question. I do not consider it as a copy right violation. It will be a copy right violation only if someone post an article or a creative development by an author. In this case, it is just question and should be not considered as copy right violation.
Regarding multiple posts of the same answer, I don't think it is a server problem. It must have happened because you would have pressed the submit button several times thinking it is not PRESSed. That would result in submitting the same answer several times.
We will look into this issue and take some steps to avoid this 'repeated submissions'

i created adsense account through that page which u sent me as response.after that a messege came on screen k i got a mail on my mail.but when i checked my mail there was no mail from indiastudychannel.com or from adsense. and when i checked the adsense account verification its still showing *pending*. so could u plz let me know k how long it'll take to approved.
