I am not sure why it was deleted. I reviewed and it seem to be valid. I have approved it.
By the way, please avoid having my name as a title. I do not do the editing and approval anymore in ISC. We have editors doing this.
I am responsible only for programming changes for ISC and also respond to my great members whenever they have concerns.
