The 'Validate Email' is a new feature to control fake accounts. We just launched this program yesterday. I don't think anybody else had any issues so far.
If the email did not work for you, please wait one more day and try.
As of now, you can still post resources and messages. In future, we will restrict members from posting content until they validate their email.

Me too faced problem wih validation code today, first time i entered the code from the mail, but it showed code does not matches, i requested to resend, then a mail came with blank code ie code field is empty. fix this as soon as possible ...

Hi Tony,
The issue still exists. Today also I tried and did not receive the code. I thought that it was due to time delay in US. But today also when I checked I have not received the code. Kindly look into the matter.

I am also facing same problem. I have not received email with validation code and not successful in requesting for resending the code.
