Per question paper that you submit you will get Rs.10 which will be added as your point initially. What happens is after you reach a certain point scale your points get converted to actual money and you will be paid at the end of each quarter if it exceeds a particular level.

Points are not equal to money. Points will help you get higher in Membership levels. Otherwise, there is no direct relationbetween points and money.
You will earn money through Google AdSense program.
In addition, there are couple of section we pay money. Please spend 1 hour and read FAQ carefully.

your money earning is a credit of amount . your points are earning of your members level.
