Ashish,
As per new terms you must get 2500 points to be a diamond level, thats why your member level decreased.
At present, it is automated that your member level will be revaluated only while you submit any new resource or posts, i think shikha dint submit any new post after this upgradation, if this continues for a long time, webmasters will manually change the member level.
