Edit feature provides you the facility of changing any content in your post, like if you forgot to mention anything or if you find any mistakes after posting it, then by using edit you can correct that mistake.

If you need to update an attachment for any of your resources. you would need to first update the resource then click on edit button to attach the document.

The answers are of great help to me.
But actually, I want clarification on a different aspect. The recent Aptitude/ Arithmetical Reasoning questions that I had posted are seen in the pending approval list with 'Edit' along with each question.
Am I to do the editing or some other member?

You only can edit your own post unless it is a web admin like jose or tony. So ensure that you edit your own resource as it will be difficult for them to search and edit all your resources.
