It is not allowed for multiple reasons.
1. That site is for people to ask questions and others to answer. But instead you have posted the answer without a question.
2. The link to ISC is not a clickable link.

as a souce only, then yahoo server directly shows the erro code, so it is possible to provide some 2nd source which also provides details to the question asked.

Ya fortune is right, it will help all of us in posting answers, because in current condition only one member is able to post answers in yahoo, because yahoo allows us to post only 6 links and they have no relation with who is posting or who has not posted, i mean there is not a restriction on per id , there is a restriction per 6 answers.currently only that member can post answers who comes first after the solution of error 999(which remains for 24 hours)
so fortune's idea is really good, it will allow all of us to post answers instead of one member.

This is good idea, but Shikha says that Yahoo allows us to post only 6 links for a website , then How it is possible to post 5 yahoo answers for all member each day. or in first come, first answer basis.

sridevis, yahoo blocks you if you submit answers by old method ,in which you submit only one link, in this condition yahoo will block you if you do it more than 6 times, but with the help of new method there is no limit in yahoo, but there is limit in ISC.
