Tony,
All members are eagerly waiting for your response regarding their suggestion in "Suggest a feature and get Rewarded program", and also they understand that you dont get enough time to respond for every suggestion, i would like to suggest you one thing Tony,
you can post just a single response like this
Rating -- poor --- cant be implemented, no need of this feature
Fine --- Needs time to think over this suggestion
Good --- Can be implemented in future
Great --- decided to implement, but needs some time
Excellent--- Working with implementation
By just rating after submitting a single respons you can answer for all suggestions, all members will get satisfied about that and also they will be credited with points for their suggestions if they are valuable.
For this you must mention how many points will be rewarded for each rating else, make that section as the rating is visible.
No need to give rating for multiple responses, ie same suggestion posted multiple times and some other responses like "Reply soon" an others.
Please let me know what do you think about this suggestion.

i have sound feature as you all know its india study channel.. so it would be wonderful if you could provide users e-books for members. so that members can upload and download e-books like computer languages etc.
it would be really helpful as we don;t have to search for books on internet we can find them here only.

1)will increases active participation.

When adding a course, i think we should also ask for the links from where information could be gathered about the courses. There are lot many professional courses added which comes under the purview of separate body of associations, if we have the links to the institutes conducting these courses, it will provide easy access.

I also would like to suggest following categories/features.
1.Coding Standards : Here people will visit and gives us different coding standards,share their experiences,suggest more SPECIFIC standards with different language(Java,JSP,.NET etc).
2.IT companies : Here people gives name of companies,address,site name and other information which they want to share with us.This will help member to know about varies companies becaues there are lot of Indian /non indian companies which are not known to us but are very good.
3.Breaking News : Here people will post breaking news and should be current news.
I will suggest more features.Currently think on these.

- May be we will think about News bar later. ISC is already filled with lot of news etc. There are copy right issues involved in copying the content from News papers. We do not want to simply give links to News in other channels.

- You can see the points even now by pointing the mouse over the member level link in the Members section. We will add the Points as a separate column in Member list.
