What will a member get after rating a answer ?

If a quetion is answered or a new response is submitted then the author of the question has the right to rate the answer like

| Report to Webmaster | Poor | Fine | Good | Great | Excellent

Then what is the use and benefit of rating and why 'Excelent' option has been disabeled .

Hi Ashish,

Only site Admins are allowed to give the rating "Excellent".

1 point to members who rated a post.
