Hi Soberpreet,
There can be many reasons. Your cash credit needs to attain a minimum level to be displayed. Even though you might have posted many resources, these need to be approved by the editors and given points. Once that is done, you cash credits will be displayed. Once your cash credits come you can recalculate your credits if you have any doubts by clicking the cash credit recalculate button in the cash credit page.

You will get soon as i got , you know i have won highest no. of awards in this site, if you don't believe then go to cash credit and click on group by member.

You are eligible for some cash credits. Some of the interview experience you posted in wrong category which I fixed now.
Go to credits page and press the button 'Re calculate my earnings'. You should see your cash credits.
