hi Baljeet,
Log into your Adsense account and check for the address that you have updated in your profile. If there is any mismatch in your address then updated it. Then once again request the Google support team to resend the PIN again.

Google send's PIN by ground mail only. So it will take some time (1 month ). Do not request for reissue till then. My suggestion is wait for 40 days if your address is correct and then ask for the re-issue. I saw my friend asked for reissue of PIN but the next day he got the old one. Google expects you to enter new one.

because they can give your mail another person.
it is simple post, not resistred.
After recieve your PIN you can enter it.
There are six number as pin.
There are more detail about submitig PIN.
So do'nt worry,
