hello Mridul welcome to the webssite.The more you post contents the more you will be able to earn from adsense program.The payment depends on the rate of clicks at the adds in your page .For the result submission page give the weblink to the result web page .In the resourse section you can submit articles or share any news.You will be able to submit jokes etc. Your adds will be posted in pages you have submitted like the add you see in this page.I hope i was helpfull
