Hi Tony,
We need to have the option of referring a ISCian to a particular job opening that might be available. For this ISCian profile should have more options and the option for a recruiter to put a job post and any ISCian should be able to refer a friend. The recruiter would decide how much payment would go to the person who refers.

ISC can also put the resumes of its members and ask recruiters to select the resumes suitable for their requirements like Naukri.com or any jobs portal. because most of the members of ISC are students, or who have completed their degrees, ISC can put a link to post the resumes of the members. Then the recruiters should be invited to select the resumes from the members suitable for their requirement. I request Tony to consider this suggestion.

Isc needs more popularity in non indian countires like GULF where many indian students study and live here..I remember like how last year how i usd to search and hunt for question papers with out knowing about ISC.
However ISC is the growing site which helps students and beginners to inculcate more of their knowledge and provide them informations on various subjects.
other sites,nornally give only free DEMOS and then charge for additional outputs.

Tony, If the members resume is attached with their profile, we can think of arranging some interviews as per the company requirement. Before calling for the interview we can arrange some online test questions and so on. I think in North India(Delhi/NCR) I can help you with it. There should be a separate tag. Seeking Job, there you can catogorize the job. Then its very easy to identify people with specific job profile. There are lots of oppertunities here specially in ( KPO, BPO and S/W and many other support funtions)

ISC is one of the best social networking sites in India.when you compare with other sites in terms of resources,any resource can be posted.But in ISC there are strict copyright rules also superb editors are here to approve only the good resources.Next thing is no other site like ISC to give you cash credit and share the Adsense revenue and patup on the shoulders with the membership grade.This is nice to earn our pocket money.

Thank you for the suggestion. i already suggested Mr. Tony to have a chat box in the ISC website so that the members can chat with each other. This not only helps to discuss various topics, but also increase the traffic to the website. The younger generation now want to chat most of the time. So If Tony considers about having a Chat session in our website, definitely it will boost up ISC and get a good response. And it would be beneficial to all the members.
