Hi Mark Richards,
Your google adsense revenue is $56.76 in ISC you will get the adsense revenue when it is over $100. Cash credits in ISC means the money a member earns through the different payment programme. You have not yet earned any such cash or awards. The only way to increase your revenue is increase the page number, that is you have to contribute more resources. Wish you success.
