Can't able to edit college details (submitted by myself)

I had posted Kollam as district instead of Thiruvananthapuram while submitting information about the college LBS Institute of Technology for Women College. I tried to edit it. But i got a message saying I have no permission to edit it. Why is it so? How can I edit it?

still the problem is there..I can't edit the college details..Please solve the problem...
