OU will announce the Dates for the admission for various Degree colleges whic are affiliated to it.
you have to get the Application from each college and apply for it.
Example: Avanthi Collge,Aurora,Rushi,Navachaitanya etc.
Which ever college you interrested.
Based on the merit they will annouce the lists.
Then you have to pay the fee before the next list comes.
