Does renaming my blog affect my adsense?

Hi Tony;
Do i have to inform google if i change my blog name or rename it?will i be getting ads like now...or i have to start all over again?
Could you guide me please?

yes it may affect,
try this go to adsense account then change your new url to your blog
and come to adsense revenue managing,and press on refresh from google.
