You have to go to www.google.com/adsense and approve the request. Look for the link mensioned in ISC website, that will automatically direct you to adsense site.

Shalini,
IS your account approved by Google, please ensure that you gave permission to ISC for limited access in your account, this is must while confirming the mail id from the mail sent by google for confirmation.
If you have done this proper then your account will be immediately approved by webmasters once they see this post.
