No. Amount is credited to your account only if people click on the ads. But beware. Never ever ever try to click on ads unnecessarily. It will result in click fraud, which is a very big mistake that you can commit to be banned from the program.
Also don't ask anyone to click on those ads. Google want people to click on ads that is genuinely interesting to them.

no earn money only when some one click on Google ads but more traffic is more clicks so put always good data

There are Google Ads paid per impression. However, they are targetted to big websites only. There is very rare chance that you will have Google Ads that are paid per impressons. 99% of the case, they will be paid per click.
