Hello Sriphani kumari,
you can click on the items you posted. but you cannot click on the google adsense ads ( ads by Google) shown on the page when your article is being read by yourself. but you can click on the google adsense ads of others.

yes. Raghav is right. Also you can check your bulk mails and see whether you have received some mails from google.
