To remove the duplicate post

Hi;
Can the members allowed to delete their own link,resources etc?What should be done to remove the duplicate post or wrong post or links by a member himself?
Wont this be a way to reduce a little burdent o webmasters?
Anybody guide me.

Hi,
At present we couldn't do so. Members can post in the forum the duplicate postings and wrong post.
