Hi Ebrahim,
To activate your google adsense, you need to provide correct informations.
If the informations provided by you is not sufficient, google will send you a mail. Check mail.
It also takes time to approve your account, so keep waiting.
ISC will approve your account only after your google account is approved.
After your account is approved by Google, within 1 week, ISC will approve your account.
