Amend Constitution to provide Ministerial berth to opposition too proportionately !

Time and again we see confrontation between opposition and ruling parties at the center and the state level and that hampers the progressive attitude of the ruling party on many schemes and programs. In AP we are watching YSR Congress party giving lots of trouble to TDP government and thus Chandrababu Naidu could not able to concentrate on his best output. So a thought ran in to mind as to why there should not be a amendment in the Constitution to provide cabinet births to the opposition parties also proportionately to their seats won. When the government can recognize the opposition leader as the defacto Minister with all facilities, then why not they be included in the government and that would shut their mouth free from regular criticism.

In democracy, the opposition parties are meant for keeping a tab on the activities of the ruling party. Thus the thought of making them a part of the Government , is totally illogical. The fact is that the fun of joining politics lies only when the party is in power. The political leaders can enjoy powers and previlages only after becoming ministers. Their life becomes miserable, when the pary is not able to get majority and form its own Government. Because of this reason only, many coalition Governments are formed and many political leaders change their parties on the eve of the elections.
The fruits of formation of the state of Telangana will be relished by the political party which in power. Being a new state, there may be a lot of scope to enjoy power as more funds will be pouring in.

Let us encourage each other in sharing knowledge.

Keeping tab on ruling party is the main activity of any opposition but here they are proving to be stumbling block which is nothing but thwarting development.
