ISC has done its part best by providing a contest for Members on ISC’s Birthday, But what are we going to gift ISC in its first B’day?

As Group Discussion is one of the rounds in selection process of IT companies, let us all Discuss about some hot topics given by IT companies often in their selection process. This will help many job seekers in their job hunt. We can collect many points from this discussion from many members. Let us start this program from 4-6-2008. This time gap is for letting Members to know about this. We cant succeed in anything , unless it is planned and organized effectively. I have some basic guidelines to be followed by members to make this program successful.
Basic Guidelines:
1.We must initiate only one thread per day, as this will leads in effective discussion. However, you can post response to any of the previous discussion topics.
2.To initiate a discussion You must book your Topic and Date in the following Thread. This is just to give equal importance to all members to initiate in this Discussion.

3.If you have booked some topic on a particular day and fail to initiate that topic before 12 noon of that day, Webmasters or any members nominated by webmasters will initiate another topic.
4.You must not select any irrelevant topics or topics which creates unnecessary problems to members or ISC, which induces any sexual or racial discrimination.
5.You must not initiate any blank threads with just the topic , you must post your view regarding that discussion and initiate it.
6.Any member can post any no. of times about his view in discussion, but don’t spam it and reduce the value of ISC for mere points.
7.No members should conclude any topic, as new members will be posting their views in future.
8.Every member can initiate only one topic, we can make changes to this if there is no one to initiate, let us give chance for all members to initiate.
Request to Webmasters:
1.Tag this post so that it can be viewed by all members.
2.Nominate one senior member in case any member fails to initiate the discussion.
3.If everything goes well, we can optimize that post for search engines as there are heavy traffic searching for these topics.
4.Expecting suggestions and help from webmasters to implement this program effectively.
5.If everything goes well, we can create a separate section for this discussion.
Mutual Benefit to ISC and Members:
By this way we are mutually benefited, ISC can have another feather in its cap that it is one of the “BEST WEB DISCUSSION GROUP”, and members can be benefited by collecting more points in GD which will help in their job hunt and they can be benefited with adsense revenue if our posts are search Engine optimized.
Come on dudes, let us join hands and we shall give a great gift for this great site.

Good idea.
Sure it will be helpful for job hunters.
And students waiting for Campus interview, as GD is a round in many campus interviews.
GD is also an elimination round in some companies.
So this section will really help students to collect points in main topics given by the employers.

First let us start with general discussions as all members can contribute, if we select any topics related to technical knowledge then it can be only discucced by members who hav knowledge in that concern, It will be better if you choose hot topics given by IT companies often.
