Copying from other sites is not at all the reason for deleting your points
Here is the main reason for reducing your points,
Our webmasters already warned you so many times about dont post experienced
jobs in freshers jobs section.
But what you did ? If it is a experienced job means then you simply changed the minimum experiences asked by the company. For example if it is given 2-4 yrs experience then you changed it into 0-1 yrs and posted that job in ISC . .

Hello Bharath,
I won't accept your decisions. why are you giving this much of bad words to this site? In this site, everyday number of resources are posted. I think the no.of webmasters are less. So they may not get enough time validate each one's posts. In these days you are posting lot of submissions. So ISC may think that you are copying articles. I think so that only they deleted some of your posts. I don't think that ISC team deleted all of your posts. Its very easy to break a good name. But its very difficult to make a good name. So try to think before you post any discussion.

ISC has certain rules about posting the fresher jobs. If anyone violets this terms our editors will take action. We are not Cheating anyone.Bharath pointed out the mistakes of the job postings of other members,our editors will check the mater. It may take time. Bharath repeats the same mistake that is explained by Bala. ISC will not allow copied resource/job.Creating false members and writing false statements about ISC is not good.We are seriously considering the issue.

I am not surprised by the message posted by Bharath above since I have seen many such messages in the past in my various websites and most of those members later became the best members of nmy sites !
Before I answer the questions from Bharath, let me give some information.
Most of the responses posted above are posted by Bharat himself by creating duplicate user ids from the IP Address 122.164.148.138 on 2008-06-02 09:40 PM. These are the user ids created by Bharath to post the duplicate messages:

Now, I will answer the questions posted by Bharath. See my answers beow:

Deleting a post involves lot of process. We have to track which webmaster is editing what. We record many of the changes made by each webmaster so that we can use those information in case of a legal issue. This is why it takes so much time to follow the correct process.
However, in your case, we did not want to wait for several days/weeks until webmasters can verify one by one and delete/approve. Since I received many complaints and I already verified your posts, I directly updated our database and deleted all of them in one shot which took 2 minutes for me.

When there is a legal action for copy right issues, we are required by the law to provide the members name, IP address, time of accessing the site and various other details to the law enforcement agencies. It won't be fun for me to be in jail (I hate jails becuase they do not provide internet !)

You can see the list of payments we sent out to members by looking at the credits page. You have to select the option "Group By Member" in the drop down list to see the payments we sent to each member. I am hoping to see your name there in next few weeks.

I request all the members that please read all rules,resources posting guidelines, all FAQ's before posting any resource or freshers job,etc.
Before 4-5 months ago, i also found that my points got reduced(near about 3000 points) but i never complained against Mr Tony because this is webmasters decisions. I just asked Mr Tony about this then he clarified my all doubts. i also agreed with him. After this i gave lots of suggestion for ISC. But i never use bad words or creates fake accounts to blame webmasters and for posting fake responses.
What is ISC ?
ISC is the short name for IndiaStudyChannel.com. ISC is the fastest growing educational website in India, helping students and new graduates to make some money during their free time. Our primary goal is provide valuable educational content to the students and teachers in India. Members who provide such educational material and help us through various activities to grow this site will earn revenue from us.
Who runs IndiaStudyChannel.com (ISC) ?
ISC was originally developed as an academic project by Timmy John, as part of his B.Tech course in Pondycherry university. The project came up well, so his teachers and professors encouraged him to host this project as a publicly available website. That gave birth to IndiaStudyChannel.com in July 2007. Currently, there are 3 partners for ISC: Timmy (Founder of ISC/Managing Director), Tony (Temporary Webmaster, Microsoft MVP), Jose Mathew (Director/future Webmaster).
If you copy contains from other sites this will harmful to ISC.
So members please work hard and don't copy contains from other sits.
ISC is really "GENUINE" website.

Everytime when we delete posts, the points are reduced for the member. In most cases, nobody will notice it because we delete only few posts everyday. But in your case, due to some complaints received, we had to delete many posts on the same day and that is what caused the panic.

That was good explanaion Tony.Your explanation is sure to have wiped out any remaining traces of doubths of any other membes.I hope bharat would not discontinue his contributions to this webite because of this incident.One more thing bharat it is always not wise to give your personel number in public plateform like this.Mail your phone number to Tony if you want but don't post it in forum since there is always a risk of someone misusing it.
