One website is copying most of our articles with some word rephrasing

The website is copying most of our Articles. It uses some Article Rewriting tools and post them in its website. The website's copied article is being listed very near to ISC's article for any particular keyword that is being searched.

The recent articles that are being copied are

When the articles thus reproduced belong to ISC authors, surely we can lodge a complaint and even take legal actions. Some time back Tony our webmaster as clarified on this point. If we wont copy from others, then others should not reproduce from us ?

You are right Mr. Bhuvaneswara Rao Nalla. All these articles are recently posted in ISC but they are posted in the website today itself. This is a serious issue. The culprits should be punished. Even the summaries are copied.

I am angry now. That website copied one of my article too. I request webmasters to take necessary action.

I just visited the article written by me on 'How to register for CAT 2016 exam'. It is quite palpable that the article has been copied from the ISC though poor attempts have been made to change the language. However, all headings are identical and the contents are disfigured by crude distortions. Since I write all articles originally, which can be found nowhere on any internet resource, it can be easily deciphered, if the same are copied.
I request the ISC management to take appropriate necessary action in this regard.

We will check it out and let you know what action will be taken.

This is not a good gesture from any website. The website should be 100% true and should never copy anything which are hard written by someone. It is not a good quality which one should never do in his entire life.

Members themselves can file a DMCA complaint with Google as well the hosting provider to get the content removed from Google search results and to get the website down respectively.

Ankit - Can you please elaborate more about filing DCMA complaints. Can it be filed even if the article has been disfigured by distorting language to camouflage plagiarism.

#573719 (Mr. Kailash Kumar) : This post of Mr. Tony John says that members can file DMCA complaint if anyone copies their content. As that website copied articles of different authors, we should wait for the webmasters to take necessary action.

At a member's Dashboard page, under the heading of General Tools, there is a feature for Check Copied Article. On clicking that, you will go to the Content Copy Check page which provides the information on filing DMCA complaints. However, if a member is not aware of how it is done, just report it in the forum, with URL of your article and the URL of the site where copied. The Webmasters will look into it or assign the task of filing the complain to one of the editors given the responsibility for this.
    Managing Editor,

It can be filed even if the article has been disfigured. The reviewers from Google are people too and the check is manual only, so they will be able to spot the plagiarism. Each author can file complain for his/her own work.
Please refer the link given by Vandana above.

We have filed several DMCA notices with Google against that site. Google has removed many of their pages from Google index. That website appears to be a complete copy cat site and it is just a matter of time they get penalised by Google.
