Anything happen on this earth is with a purpose either positive or negative, if it is positive certainly patience and hard work might have played a key role in that aspect.

We are here with a purpose put a sincere and honest effort and be humble till the end sometimes you will see miracles, being humble will always pay the result.

An excellent thread! I request every Member to read this thread, understand the inherent message and follow it. Usain Bolt won the 100 m and 200 m race more than 8 years ago. But he has maintained his top position due to his patience, perseverance, hard work an fierce competitive spirit. In the platform of ISC also, Mr. Pramod, Mr. Mohan, Ms. Vandana and Mr. Kailash Kumar are known for their afore-stated qualities, among which patience and perseverance are the most important.

We must emulate these examples in every aspect for achieving success and more importantly to continue the successful journey.

A best message from the top performer of this site which aptly conveys the greatness of those who are in top and still sustaining the position with interest and zeal. That is the great intricacy of their success in life. So if one does not have patience. they will loose position and power. That is the reason being so the politicians who were in top during their position wont feel like continuing life as opposition leader and they get frustrated even at good work done by the ruling party.

Nice thread that enlightened the side effects of having patience. Patience is most important for one and all in the world. One shouldn't loss his/her patience at all. Lack of patience causes lot of imperfect and incomplete in any work.

The best example of PATIENCE is about 'a mother who waits for nine months with lot of care and concern, by forgetting everything about herself'. Not just to give birth her child, but also to make it a healthier one. She never loses her patience till delivery of the child. Sometime the mother faces heavy bleeding after birth; many mothers fail to see their child too due to faint or loss of consciousness and many more reasons. If the mother neglects and doesn't maintain patience, there will be no chance of child at all. Mothers maintain it for long nine months; which is really appreciative and there is nothing bigger example of patience than this.

The side effects or the fruits of the patience and perseverance are always positive only, though generally the phrase 'side effects' is popularly understood to have only negative connotations. The last mile of the journey is always considered the most crucial part of the overall endeavor and surviving the last phase with due patience only, enables one to get triumph at the end.
It is said that the legendary sprinter Milkha Singh missed his Olympic medal as he tried to have a side glance on other sprinters to know as to how far he has left them behind from himself. Those fraction of seconds lost in diverting his focus and energy cost him the coveted Olympic medal. He should have continued his feat without bothering for others performance.
Overconfidence is the dreaded attribute to not to be harbored for achievers and there should always be a tendecy to accept that there are others also. The competitor should never be underestimated.
The topper doesn't win by his own performance, but instead it is the performanance of the competitors which enables one to win the race.

Let us encourage each other in sharing knowledge.
